I help people live free from fear! I specialize in treating OCD (all subtypes), anxiety disorders (social anxiety, panic disorder, health anxiety, Trichotillomania, Excoriation Disorder, phobias (agoraphobia, emetophobia, ect.), trauma (PTSD, religious trauma, childhood trauma), as well as helping people navigate gender identity and sexuality. Recovery from anxiety is very possible, and finally feeling as though you are in control of your mind and able to get back to actually living is something I have helped many with. My clients actually notice a difference in reducing anxiety, not just coping.
I know finding help can be intimidating. I understand the stigma that mental health can carry, and work to normalize & empathize. I've worked with pretty much all OCD themes, phobias, and trauma types. Therapy can help, regardless of the types of thoughts you experience. I work with you step by step to take control of your life and get to feeling normal.

As part of my own journey growing up in an immigrant household and as an eldest daughter I spent many years trying to navigate identity, boundaries, and anxiety in a culture where mental health was often dismissed and even demonized. For me it’s very important to empower each person to get to take control of their life, guiding people in deconstructing patterns that may no longer be serving them, and aiding people on their journey to self exploration.
I want people to know that there is no shame in getting mental health treatment. Getting help is a courageous step, and while starting to address our fears is hard, living authentically is worth it.
As an OCD specialist I’m very aware intrusive thoughts can be painful and make us feel like we’re not living our values. I work with all themes, and do not judge you on the content of our fears. I work with SO-OCD sexual orientation OCD, ROCD, relationship OCD, POCD, harm OCD, and more.
My Approach
I specialize in evidence-based treatments including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), & Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), which is a specialized form therapy for OCD. My goal is to help you change behaviors to live your best life. If traditional talk therapy hasn't worked for you, an action based approach may help.

ERP or Exposure Response prevention is a specialized therapy style which helps with OCD, healthy anxiety, phobias and more. While difficult it helps you get your life back
CBT
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is an evidence-based therapy that focuses on identifying and changing negative thought patterns and behaviors that contribute to emotional distress. The idea behind CBT is that by changing negative or unhelpful thoughts, we can alter our feelings and behaviors for the better.
